The Village's accommodation comprises Independent Living Units which draw inspiration from North Haven's enviable waterfront location. All are attached 2 bedroom Independent Living Units, with a mixture of garages/carports (some attached) views, open plan & balcony/veranda. Some Independent Living Units have been upgraded with new kitchens, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled bathrooms and laundries. All Independent Living Units have reverse cycle heating and cooling and private rear gardens.

Large community centre is the hub of the village with social activities including, weekly "shared tea", carpet bowls, billiards, exercise classes and much more. Walk along the marina to the restaurants and cafes that overlook the sea. 

Each unit has a monitored emergency call system for peace of mind. Village manager and maintenance supervisor means the village is always at its best. 

Pets are welcome (subject to approval)
