Aveo Ackland Park

Ackland Park offers two bedroom independent living accommodation with striking front-door views of the village's lush garden from an extremely spacious lounge room. An individual garage or carport is available to each unit. The community centre is situated in the historic Ackland House which is Heated during the cold winter months, and air conditioned throughout summer.

Ackland Park is conveniently located with only a short 2 minute walk to the City to Bay tram station. A library, dining room, hairdressing salon and exercise class are available to all residents. Social activities include Monday cards, Bingo & Wii afternoon. Happy hour takes place every Friday and "Come & Do" social gathering every second Thursday. Entertainment is often brought to the village for special dates of the year, including organized day trips to movie events, plays & wine tours.

Management is on-site 5 days a week, attending to any queries or concerns. Maintenance requests are available to all residents, including weekly grounds gardening upkeep. A social coordinator is available twice a week to discuss any requests for outings & events. Vital Call for emergencies is provided to all residents, alerting prompt ambulance services when pressed. Trips to shopping complex Castle Plaza and Unley Shopping Centre are provided by the Unley Community bus on a weekly basis.

Ackland Park is pet friendly (subject to approval). Size of backyard must be taken into consideration.
