Accommodation choices consist of studio, one or two bedroom Independent Living Units with easily-accessible kitchen, new appliances, bathroom, built-in robes in the main bedroom and reverse cycle heating and cooling. Every Independent Living Unit has its own patio. Tenure is Licence.

Residents here enjoy a high level of participation in the many interesting activities available and they make full use of amenities like our swimming pool and pool table. Aveo Sunnybank Green is only a short drive from Brisbane with easy access to the M1 motorway and all the conveniences of the Sunnybank neighbourhood.

We're close to everything, with health professionals just across the road. We also have an onsite cafe.
