Mernda Retirement Village is Stockland's newest retirement community in Melbourne's north, surrounded by stunning parklands, wetlands and bike paths.

Accommodation

Villas range from 2 or 3 bedrooms designs, with single or double garage options. An additional study is also available with some designs. Features include a modern kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher and 4 burner gas cook top. Each villa features ducted heating and a solar boosted hot water system. For peace of mind, they are all fitted with a 24 hour emergency call system.

Facilities

The award-winning Clubhouse offers a variety of features including an indoor gym and pool, wellbeing centre, hair salon, billiards room, library, multipurpose room, theatrette, lounge with fireplace, cafe/bar and dining area. Outside the Clubhouse is a bowling green, undercover BBQ and dining area, communal hobby garden and leisure vehicle parking.

Services

Mernda Retirement Village offers the convenience of a village bus, plus there is a public bus stop outside the village gates providing access to Westfield Plenty Valley, Pacific Epping Plaza, Yan Yean Reservoir Park and a number of golf courses. Woolworths, cafes, a medical centre and pharmacy are all just a short walk down the road.
Within the village, residents have access to a dedicated Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator.
