The Village has 104 freehold 2 and 3 bedroom villas with no exit fees. There is a non-refundable fee of $1,000 paid on entry. The fee on sale of a villa is a $250 admin fee, plus Legals and Real Estate commissions. Body Corporate Fees of $179 per month
cover management and maintenance of the village. Residents pay Council rates, utility accounts, contents insurance and their property maintenance. Body Corporate and Building Insurance is organized by the office annually, and costs are shared by owners. |

Outings/tours are arranged. There is an outdoor bowling green and solar heated swimming pool with covered barbecue facilities and outdoor settings. There is an active resident's social committee and community choir to entertain residents and locals. |

The village has a 24 hour management and emergency call-out service 7 days a week. Other outside services include home care, community nursing, personal care and domestic assistance, to enable residents to remain independent in their own homes.
A hair dresser is on site twice weekly and activities such as water aerobics have been scheduled during summer in the community pool. |
