The village includes nine villas for independent living. All units are ground level and consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen with modern appliances, spacious lounge/dining room, bathroom & toilet (both with wheelchair access), laundry and a lock-up garage.
An emergency call system is standard in all units ensuring residents are able to raise an alarm from any point in their home or surrounds. The village is situated on the same site as a residential facility, which provides aged care services. |
