ACCOMMODATION |

This village offers 65 independent living units, with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio units. All units consist of a kitchen, lounge/dining room, main bedroom (and a second room in our two-bedroom units), bathroom and laundry. An emergency call system is standard in all units ensuring residents are able to raise an alarm from any point in their home or surrounds. The village is situated on the same site as a residential facility providing a range of aged care services. |

Fair Haven offers on-site indoor bowls, bingo, Tai Chi and craft sessions. Relax with a good book from the extensive public library, or alternatively, get the library to come to you with the village's mobile library service. Pamper yourself with the on-site hairdresser. Take a leisurely stroll to the takeaway shop for bread, milk and morning newspaper or ask the milkman to come to you. |

There is always plenty to do in or out of the village. Maryborough has many historic sites, churches and buildings, as well as beautiful parks for walking, picnicking and relaxing. There is a number of shopping centres, including the largest in the Wide Bay area, which has an extensive variety of shops and services. If you are a golfer, the golf club within walking distance is an added bonus. |
