Our independent living units are designed to meet the varied needs of our residents. The complex has 13 two-bedroom units consisting of a kitchen, lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. All units are on ground level and have
attached garages. An emergency call system is standard ensuring residents are able to raise an alarm from within their home or surrounds. The village is situated on the same site as a residential aged care facility. |

Gracehaven is a friendly village where you can enjoy relaxing with other residents and taking part in the many on-site activities. The adjoining aged care residential facility has regular activities, concerts and barbeques,
and residents extend their invitation to the independent living unit residents, who are welcome to attend at any time. You can also pamper yourself regularly with the hairdresser onsite. |

Gracehaven is approximately four kilometres from the Bundaberg CBD, which has a wide variety of retail stores; and less than a kilometre from Sugarland Shoppingtown which offers many retailers, banking, post office and medical services.
In Bundaberg you can enjoy many historic buildings as well as beautiful parks for walking, picnicking and relaxing; or drive to beautiful Bargara Beach. |
