Our Village consists of 43 units which are all strata titled and owner occupied. We offer one and two bedroom units in the original section of the Village and 2 bedroom architect designed units in the newer section. All units have a private courtyard. Some units have their own attached carports whilst others are allocated a car park in our communal carports.


Facilities include a Village Community Centre with a lounge and dining room and tea & coffee making facilities. There is also a well equipped work shop, communal vegetable garden and broadband kiosk, as well as a large BBQ area with a roll out awning and a village square with a paved chessboard and gazebo.


Services include an Emergency Vital Call System that is monitored 24/7, a visiting hairdresser, bus trips and outings, an in house postal service and a monthly subsidised 2 course dinner. There is also fortnightly bingo, fortnightly morning teas, fortnightly DVD mornings, a monthly men's breakfast and a monthly charity luncheon, as well as other special occasions and functions.

Pet Policy

We welcome small to medium size pets. Cats must be locked up from dusk til dawn as per council by-laws and dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after by owners.
