Comprising of 80 single bedroom new units with modern furnishings and fittings. Washing machines and dryers are provided in your unit. Units are airconditioned and gardens are fully landscaped. We are pet friendly and friends/family are welcome to visit.
All units have security screens and doors. |

Our village is a fully fenced community with 24 hour on site management and end emergency call phone with pennant button. We are located next to two shopping centres (Woolworths & Bi-Lo), medical centre, chemist, hotel-bottle shop and public transport.
Undercover car parking is available. We have an indoor/outdoor entertainment area for fun and relaxation which includes a swimming pool. We have a full time gardener. There is a lounge/theatrette with large screen plasma TV and DVD. |

Fresh home style meals are prepared on site seven days a week by our full time chef. The food is delicious! There is an active social club in the village. Activities include craft mornings, bingo, movies, aerobics and happy hours.
We also have a resident's vegetable garden. Unit cleaning is your responsibility, management will undertake any repairs and maintenance. We don't have long term leases, if you need to leave for family reasons you simply give seven days notice. |
