Westminster House Morningside is designed for privacy, security and a quality lifestyle. There are 2 family doctors practices plus pharmacy and shops 5 minutes walk away. By road it is situated 15 minutes to the city, and 10 minutes to the Gateway Arterial Road connecting to the airport, Gold and Sunshine Coasts. |

Off street car park, all level walkways with good lighting. The common dining room and lounge features airconditioning, tea and coffee bar, television and library which are serviced by the on-site Managers. The main meal which is served at 12 noon has been freshly cooked in the kitchen. Using supplied containers the residents select breakfast from the breakfast bar. After lunch is cleared away a selection is put out for tea / supper. |

Each kitchenette in the units is supplied with refrigerator, toaster, electric jug and microwave so each resident has their breakfast and tea there. With meals provided, everyone has freedom to enjoy family, friends, sport and social life. The fortnightly rent is set at 85 % of the single pension plus rent assistance from Centrelink. Rent is paid to the on-site Managers. Electricity and telephone are paid privately. |
