Rylands is in the business of
developing, building and managing homes for older people. Our success is
based on a simple core philosophy: ageing with independence.
We provide the right housing, in the right location. But we provide more
than buildings. We support our residents with the right level of care.
We don’t overdo it. The care we provide is restrained, unobtrusive, a
reassuring presence, providing all the services you need to live your
life to the full. In a nutshell it is our mission to “Empower older
people to remain independent”.
Our Unique Approach
Ours is a different approach. In many
ways we’re in the hospitality business and its that boutique hospitality
experience that is an essential part of the Rylands offer.
We build communities around the things that bind us together wherever we
live: family, friends, social networks. Rylands buildings are
comfortable, supportive, safe, well designed and, above all designed to
meet the needs of our residents.
Our philosophy and unique approach enables us to achieve our prime goal
of providing our residents with an ideal home and community environment
which they can remain in and enjoy for the rest of their lives.
