The directors
Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs have a wealth of expertise in property
development, law and economics and are well placed to ensure the growth and
development of Living Choice retirement villages in Australia.
Living Choice operates
and manages its own villages and has a policy of dealing directly with
residents, with open lines of communication between the resident committees,
village managers, operations manager and director Graham Hobbs. This has
resulted in a positive relationship with residents and a spirit of
co-operation.
Christine Osgood was
appointed operations manager of Living Choice in early 2007 and has a wealth
of experience in operations management, finance and accounts. Most recently
she has worked 6 years in the retirement village industry in a variety of
roles, including sales, village management and financial administration.
