Hindmarsh Living

Since 1989, when Hindmarsh Living opened The Grange Deakin, we have taken the lead in providing great lifestyle choices for over-55s. In those days, we called ourselves Hindmarsh Retirement. But today retirement just isn’t the right word to describe what people are looking for in their later years. It’s more about freedom, relaxation, fun, independence. It’s more about living. That’s why we’ve decided to change our name to Hindmarsh Living.

Hindmarsh Living is now developing exciting new independent living communities. Bellerive is the first to join The Grange Deakin as a quality lifestyle choice in Canberra and more innovative projects will soon follow in the capital and Adelaide.

Hindmarsh Living is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindmarsh, a diverse, multi-disciplined group of companies with offices in Canberra, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and China.

Hindmarsh carries out major construction and development projects, principally in Canberra, Adelaide and Sydney. It builds for many client groups, including federal and state governments, major universities and institutions and well-known public and private companies. It also undertakes developments in its own right or in joint ventures with established partners.

Hindmarsh is committed to providing the best service to its clients, harnessing and encouraging the skills of its staff, respecting the principles of good corporate citizenship and ethical behaviour and, in the process, benefiting the broader community.
