All the information we have is available on the website, so please first search our Retirement Village Directory (for operational retirement villages) and our Development Directory (for new villages and staged developments). You can search the Retirement Village Directory by region, suburb/town, postcode or operator. If a particular retirement village is not listed in the above Directories, or the only information provided is the name, address and telephone number, then the rest is up to you. Most village operators will happily send you an information package on request. Do us a favour while you're at it and suggest that they visit our website and submit a detailed listing with photographs!

The Retirement Village Handbook is a comprehensive consumer guide to resident funded retirement villages in Australia.  It is designed to help prospective retirement village residents and their families understand the main resident funded retirement village alternatives that are available in Australia today and provide them with the information they need to analyse, assess and compare alternatives, evaluate investment potential, ask the right questions, get the right advice and ultimately make informed decisions. It is not a directory of retirement villages. The cost is $49.95 for Seniors Card holders who provide us with a copy of their card, and $75 otherwise. That includes postage for deliveries within Australia, but you must add $10 for deliveries outside Australia. You can pay by cheque or by credit card via our secure online credit card payment facility.
